Public Education

Proponents of public education believe every child in America, regardless of family income or place of residence, deserves access to a quality education. They believe public education provides students with the skills to be involved, informed, and engaged in our democracy.

School Choice

Proponents of school choice believe parents should have the ability to choose the style of schooling that will best fit their children, whether that be public school, charter or magnet schools, or homeschooling. Many also believe public schools do not adequately prepare students for post-graduate endeavors.
