Michael Ray Turner (born January 11, 1960) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative from Ohio's 10th congressional district since 2013. He is a member of the Republican Party. Turner's district, numbered as the 3rd district from 2003 to 2013, is based in Dayton and consists of part of Clark County and all of Montgomery and Greene Counties. Turner served as the president of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly from 2014 to 2016.
