Herman Otten (born July 13, 1966) is an American politician and a Republican member of the South Dakota Senate, representing District 6 since January 12, 2021. He previously served in the South Dakota House of Representatives from 2013 to 2021. Otten was formerly the mayor of Tea, South Dakota.
