Larry Rhoden (born February 5, 1959) is an American politician and businessman serving as the 39th lieutenant governor of South Dakota since 2019. A Republican, he served as a member of the state house of representatives from 2001 to 2009 and later from 2017 to 2019, and as a member of the state senate from 2009 to 2015. Rhoden was an unsuccessful candidate for U.S. Senate in the 2014 election, where he ran as a conservative opponent in the Republican primary to eventual winner Mike Rounds.
