Bruce C. Ennis (born March 25, 1939) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Delaware Senate since 2007 representing District 14. Ennis previously served in the Delaware House of Representatives from 1983 to 2007. He is a retired member of the Delaware State Police. After spending forty years in the General Assembly (the Delaware Senate and the Delaware House of Representatives), Ennis will retire at the end of his term in November of 2021.
