


Brian Norton Baird (born March 7, 1956) is an American psychologist and politician who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives for Washington's 3rd congressional district from 1999 to 2011 as a member of the Democratic Party. He was succeeded by Washington House of Representatives' Jaime Herrera Beutler. After leaving the House of Representatives, he served as president of Antioch University's Seattle campus until 2015.
