Charles Nolan "Bud" Hulsey (born May 30, 1949) is an American politician. A Republican, he represents the 2nd District in Sullivan County in the Tennessee House of Representatives . During his tenure in the Tennessee House of Representatives, he has proposed to ban COVID vaccines and lab-grown meat.
