Daniel G. Huberty (June 21, 1968) is an American businessman, who was a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 127 in Harris County from 2011 to 2023.Huberty ran unopposed for his third term in the state House in the general election on November 4, 2014. and won again for his fourth term in the Republican primary held on March 1, 2016.
