Timothy Martin Kennedy (born October 20, 1976) is an American politician and member of the New York State Senate, representing the 63rd district since January 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously represented the 58th district from 2011 to 2013. Kennedy is the Democratic nominee in the special election for New York's 26th congressional district to replace Brian Higgins, which will be held on April 30, 2024.
